This article will explain the compatibility between Templafy Desktop Host, Templafy Desktop Client and VSTO add-in versions. Depending on your Host version, please go to the relevant table:

 

Prerequisites

 
  • Templafy Desktop installed (PC only)
  • The recommended upgrade policy is when upgrading client add-ins, always upgrade to latest Templafy Desktop at the same time

 

Compatibility tables

The compatibility tables below are divided per Templafy Desktop Host version. In each table you will see the compatible Templafy Desktop Client version and compatible VSTO add-in versions. 

 
  • The Desktop Host is the actual msi package, that is deployed by client IT. The general rule, is that Templafy Desktop Client version needs to be higher or the same version as the Desktop Host.
  • New tenants will only have the newest host available for download.
