When the above error message appears, there are several possible causes and solutions:
1. The file name or tag string that indicates the file name of the logo is incorrect.

2. Check that all fields in the user profile are filled out. There might be fields that are necessary for the above tag string to work (afterwards, make these field required).
3.The logo is not uploaded to Templafy, or the logo filename does not match the filename in the Office data source.
4. Did you remember to write "OFFICE" in the forms (User profile)?
