When this error message appears, there are several possible causes and solutions, which are outlined below.
1. The error message may appear because the file name or tag string that indicates the file name of the theme is incorrect (it should also NOT include .xml)
This tag string refers to the user profile. If the color theme comes from a document form, then the first tag should be:
%Document.Color.ColorTheme%
2. The theme is not uploaded to Templafy, or the theme filename does not match the filename in the Office data source.
3. Case sensitivity may be the cause for the error message. Is the name of the uploaded theme exactly the same as the name in the data source?
4. Did you remember to write "OFFICE" in the forms (Userprofile)?
