This message is displayed if the Templafy add-in, e.g in Word, does not get a connection through to the web application.
It will appear if:
a) You are running an add-in version below 5.3.0.430.
b) You have the correct add-in version (later than the one mentioned above), but have the Offline feature disabled.
Even if you're well connected to the Internet, you may receive this message if:
- MS Office is not allowing the add-ins to connect to the internet.
- Local proxy settings are not allowing application access to the internet.
