Error message: Update document. This document cannot be updated

The below message and image is shown, when you try to use Update document from the Templafy Taskpane in Word. To update a document the template version must be lower or equal to the tenant version and the supported VSTO add-in version. 

This document cannot be updated. You need to upgrade your add-ins and/or tenant transformation version in order to perform this action. Please contact your administrator for more information.

When seeing the above message, please make sure to check the following:

• that the transformation pipeline (dynamics version) on a template level is compatible with the add-in version in the current Templafy Desktop package
• that the transformation pipeline (dynamics version) in the Settings section in the administration interface of your Templafy account is compatible with the add-in version in current active Templafy Desktop package.
• If there are any dynamic text elements involved, check the dynamic version on those too
