Admin access allows you to replace templates which are stored on the WebApp. This is important because there may be an update necessary to a template, and through replacing the original files on the WebApp, the admin can ensure that the new and correct template is available for the entire company.
To replace a template, please follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Templafy WebApp, and then enter the administration page. Next, click on the libraries button, and select the required Template library from the list.
2. Find the document that is to be replaced, and click on it - this will open the File editor.
3. Click the 'Replace' button, then choose a file from your computer.
4. After the confirmation message appears, ensure you press 'Save' or 'Save and Next' for your update to be implemented across your company.
