Different types of admins
Depending on whether you're an SuperAdmin
or a Admin
you will have different rights that means you can perform different actions.

How to assign or edit access levels if you are an Admin or SuperAdmin:
To perform either of such actions above, you go to your name.templafy.com, the so-called webApp, in a browser and follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Click on Users
Step 3: Click on the arrow to access dropdown menu with more options
Step 4: Choose new access level

General tips and know how
- You can search for the user/email that you wish to manage access levels for
- Make sure you are changing access levels for the right user before confirming the action
- Please note, that
Admins
cannot downgradeSuperAdmins
or even otherAdmins
- A user needs to be registered in Templafy before their access level can be changed
- You need
SuperAdmin
rights to upgrade anyone toSuperAdmin
SuperAdmins
can downgrade otherSuperAdmins
and/orAdmins
using the dropdown shown in step 4 above, rather than using the delete action marked with a 'x' (on Mac) or a bin button (on PC)
Best practices
Be mindful, that you keep the list of Admins
and/or SuperAdmins
to only those who need it and can carry out actions that comes with more access responsibly. Therefore, we recommend, only giving Admins
and/or SuperAdmin
rights to those who have had proper training and have an understanding of what these access levels entail.
