How to use Templafy in Outlook?

In this article you learn how to use Templafy in Microsoft Outlook on PC.  Templafy can be accessed either via "New Email", "Reply emails" in Outlook Email or in "New Appointment" in Outlook Calendar.

The Templafy Outlook Add-In has access to the following libraries:

How to use Templafy in Outlook Email?

1. Open Outlook

2. Open a new email, or reply to an existing one:

3. Click the Templafy button, in the ribbon, to open the Templafy Outlook Add-In:

4. From the Templafy Outlook Add-In you have access to

  • Text elements are predefined text (documents) 
  • Images library is used for inserting images into an email
  • PDFs library is used for attaching PDFs into an email
  • External integrations is used for accessing and inserting images from external libraries 
  • Links library is used for inserting hyperlinks into an email (required add-in version: 5.8.x.x)
 
  • The PDF library is only available if it has been enabled from the Settings page.
  • You can attach a PDF directly into the email from the PDF Library.
  • An integration to a supported DAM system needs to be setup for you to be able to access an external libraries.
