Forgotten password

If you have forgotten or would like to update your password on Templafy, please follow the steps below.

The below is NOT for Email Authentication setup in Templafy One
It is only valid for OpenID Connect or SAML2 setup if "Forgot my password" feature has been set up in AzureAD for users

Go to your companies Templafy webapp (companyname.templafy.com
Enter your email and press "next" (Make sure that the mail is correctly typed)
Ensure that the mail is correct and click "Forgot my password"
Type your mail once again. Ensure the address is spelling correctly
A security message is sent to your mail. The security message include a code which you will need to type in the below showed picture
After entering the code you will asked to enter a new password (which must meet Microsoft standard - you can read more about Microsoft Password Policy here)
Your password is now reset and you can login to Templafy
