To be able to manage the setup of either of the three solutions mentioned in this article, you must be an Admin on your Templafy account.

Depending on how your company solution is set up, as a user there may be several ways to log in to Templafy.

From an email invite
From logging in with a listed email domain
From Single Sign-on

Email invite

To log in with email invite, you will need to activate the link in the email invitation sent to you by an Admin.

Inviting a new user with an email invite can only be managed by an Admin from your company's Templafy account. The Admin can invite the user from the administration interface. From here, the admin simply types in the email address of whom the invite should be sent to. The new users will receive the email invite with an activation link.

Email domain

With email domain you can log in without having to be invited, if you use an email domain that has been listed/added by an Admin.

To use email domain as a solution to log in to Templafy, you need to set up Email Authentication as an authentication method on your Templafy account. To do so you need Admin access.

Single Sign-on

Templafy can be setup to use your company's current federation solution, so you're already signed into Templafy when you're logged on to your computer
