Onboarding Email Signature Users

Onboarding email signature users depends on if the users are using signatures for Desktop or Office 365, the SSO method and the fields of the User Profile. Using the correct settings this can be done without interaction from the user.

The following flow diagram describes how users will be have Templafy signatures enabled:

For O365 Signature, the Module Email signature for O365 is required which will allow the Email signature server (ESS) to be integrated with Templafy

For users to enable O365 signature themselves they go to the following link: https://TENANTNAME.templafy.com/email-signature-office365-onboarding-intro where TENANTNAME is replaced by your Templafy tenant.
