How to set up Frontify integration

Pre-requisites

• You need to be an Admin in yourcompany.templafy.com. 
• To request the Frontify bearer token from Frontify you need the Frontify Enterprise Plan

How to set up (Templafy)

1. Go to yourcompany.templafy.com/admin  

2. Navigate to Libraries

3. Choose Add external library 

4. Select Frontify from the dropdown 

5. Tick the box Enabled

6. Fill out the required fields with values and keys provided by Frontify

• Display Name
• Url: <Frontify domain of client>/graphql 
• Bearer Token
• Library type: choose between image, icon or logo. Please note: it's currently only possible to have one library type. This is a limitation by design.

7. Click Create

Best Practices:

• Tagging images (in Frontify DAM): If customers have not tagged images in Frontify, those images will not be searchable via the Templafy integration.
