What is a data source

Data sources store information in the form of spreadsheets in the WebApp. They can be used to store the following:

1. Company addresses, such as department names and contact information
2. Translations -  for example, for commonly used phrases
3. Date format listings, which may differ depending on country
4. Data sets for drop down lists, i.e. confidential lists
