What is the File Editor?

The File Editor is accessed from the Admin interface on the WebApp, by clicking on the template of choice. It enables you to see the details all of the templates available through your company's Templafy, and edit some of them. 

The example below shows the File Editor for a letter template:

Name: This is the template name that is visible to Users. By default, it is the same as the file name, but it can be easily changed using the File Editor.

File Name: This is the name of the file from the initial upload. It is not visible to users, and cannot be edited.

Description: A description of the document can be included, or edited here. It is not mandatory to include it.

Tags: These are assigned to a file when relevant. Tags can be added to, or deleted by using this field. They are useful for search functions.

Forms: Already existent forms can be assigned to files by an admin. Forms control the information which is required from the user prior to downloading a certain template, meaning the document is able to be personalized.

The type of form is also able to be specified, to ensure the choices of forms are specific to the document.

Plugin Configuration Groups: Existing plugins can be added to files by Admins. The chosen plug in will dictate personalized elements of the document, for example, colortheme.
