Searching in the admin interface

Whenever you see a search box, you can use it to search for content within your company's information stored on Templafy. 

Within the Templates menu, searches are restricted to templates.

The same behaviour applies to most searches performed in the Libraries menu. Exceptions to this include:

• All libraries are searched, regardless of your location within the folder structure.
• Tags that relate to single slides rather than entire presentations are not searched.
• Skyfish and Colourbox   libraries cannot be searched from the admin interface. They also cannot be tagged. 
• All other tags (for example, text, image and link library tags) are included in the search.

As an admin, you are able to add and remove search tags.  To find out more, visit our article on the subject.
