Prerequisites

If you don't have the Templafy task pane or icon in Word or PowerPoint, then Templafy is not installed locally on your machine. To access these features, please contact your local administrator.

How to open a template in Word?

From within Microsoft Word, you can easily open your company templates and create new documents.

After opening the chosen template, the document can be edited as normal.

How to open a template in PowerPoint?

Users can directly access company presentation templates from within PowerPoint through the Templafy library. Through Templafy dynamics, the presentation can be dynamically personalized to you.

After opening the chosen template in PowerPoint, you can edit the presentation as normal. To open a PowerPoint template, follow the below steps:

Open PowerPoint, and click on the Presentations Library on the Templafy task pane.
Navigate to through the folders to the template you wish to select, and click on it.
Ensure the information from your User Profile is correct, then click 'Create'.
Your template will load, and can now be edited to suit your needs.
