How do spell check and language tools work in Microsoft Office with Templafy?

How it works in Word

When generating a Word document in Templafy, the spellcheck is automatically set to the language of the user profile. Additionally, all the text in the document is translated to this language.

 

How it works in PowerPoint

When generating a presentation in Templafy, the placeholders on the company slides from the initial download are changed automatically to correspond with the language chosen in the Templafy user profile. 

PowerPoint's own placeholder text (eg. "Click to add title") follows the language of the preference set in Office Language Preferences. The spell check in PowerPoint also follows this preference. 

The language preferences can be changed through the process shown below: 

  1. From the Review panel, select the Language button, then 'Language Preferences'.

  2. A pop up box will appear. Choose the language settings that you wish to have, and click 'OK'.
