Image Library
The image library consists of pre-approved company images for use in documents, presentations and emails. Find out how to insert images in our articles for Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Text Library
The text library is a collection of pre-prepared texts that can be used to write emails, build letters and create reports. Although primarily used for texts, tables and other items can also be inserted using the text library. Find out how to do this in our articles for Word and Outlook.
Slide Library
The slide library is a collection of slides that are approved by your company, and can be used to create presentations. You can build presentations from these slides prior to downloading your PowerPoint template. To find out more, read this article.
Alternatively, slides can be inserted directly into pre-existing presentations by following the steps detailed in this article. After insertion, slides can be edited as normal.
Element Library
The element library works in much the same way as the text and image libraries. It consists of a collection of shapes, styled in accordance with company guidelines, that can be inserted into pre-existing PowerPoint slides.
Link Library
The link library contains links to websites that your company believes you may find useful. Examples may include links to company web pages and policies. The link library available through the Web App and the Outlook VSTO add-in.
PDF Library
The PDF Library is a collection of documents your company believes you may find useful. Examples may include company procedure and policy documentation. The PDF library is accessible through the Web App (as shown below) and/or directly from the Templafy add-in in Outlook. Find out how to use the PDF library here
